My leetle show did very nicely, selling 3 pieces in all and am particularly thrilled that one of my assemblage pieces went (Forbidden Love), to fellow artists to boot. Stoked!
I’m back at work on my Art Book Challenge, creating mini works of metal goodness that I’ll incorporate into larger pieces, something I’ve been contemplating for a long time brought to the fore by an article in the latest Cloth Paper Scissors (and really if you haven’t checked it out yet, DO!). So many times I want that little ‘je ne sais quoi’ when creating an assemblage/shrine but don’t have anything on hand. Well now I will. Photos to follow.
