I feel much better about my own work space now - it is obvious there is no ‘one way’ to design a studio - whatever works and gives you room to create. So my own in the living area is just fine……..
but oh for a dedicated studio building in the back yard…
Seth is doing such good work with The Pulse. I love seeing the creative spaces and knowing that all that energy is positive, creative, giving, reflective, contributing to beauty.
Hi Jen, Love the shot of your studio and that the image enlarges too.. I so greedily wished that all the studio shots in particular, on Seth’s studio section of the Pulse enlarged.. I have been waiting for these with anticipation..
I love the antique hutch.. fabulous storage and beautiful !!! you are so lucky to be able to roam around on 150 acres..
You mentioned the presence of light in your and having your studio.. That is so precious!! Light, light and more light! I had a wonderful time touring through your blog… but I do have more to go.. I love the aged feeling of your assemblages!!! so textural…
Having ones own studio is such a guilty pleasure.. but it is also one I’d never give up without kicking and screaming !
