Challenge #10 - Finishing it up!

Challenge #10 - Finishing it up!

I actually finished another one as well, but as this was the one I originally posted, here it is finished. I’m learning ALOT about polymer clay … it isn’t as robust as I thought it was, and I kept breaking these as I tried to do a bunch of different things to them.

Doh! Live’n'learn.

Obviously if you want to pierce the hearts, it’s WAAAY easier to do pre-holes while it is still in its pre-baked state.

Duly noted.

And keeping the thickness the same is key as well. Another NTS (note to self). But when all is said and done, I’m pretty pleased with my inital PC foray.

  4. what kind of polymer did you use? premo and fimo are actually really robust, provided you condition them well. i can throw one of my books across the room and not have it break.

  6. These are awesome ! You are very good at this, the sculpting. Amazing little pieces.
