Thanks for the bday wishes Sonya! It was a lovely low-key day. My favourite way to wind up another year.

I have issues with sciatic nerve but nothing sucks like lower back pain, imho! Do you do anything special to help/support your SI joint?

Too bad Ollie and Stella can’t get together for a puppy play date. I have a feeling they’d get on famously!
